01Where is my data?
Your shifts, tips and settings are stored on your iPhone and, if you enable sync, in your own private iCloud. No TipTill account is required. We cannot see your shift data.
02How do I export?
In More, use CSV export to export your records for free. Under More → Backup & sync you can also export a backup file to keep or transfer your app data.
03Can I import from another tip app?
Yes. Export a CSV from your old app, then import it under More. You see a preview of every column before anything is saved.
04Is TipTill free?
Yes, everything is included.
05How do I delete my data?
Open More → Backup & sync → Delete all data. With iCloud sync enabled, this removes your data from your iCloud too.
06Is “No Tax on Tips” tax advice?
No. “No Tax on Tips” and wage or tax calculations are estimates for recordkeeping, not tax advice. Check your circumstances with a qualified professional.
